Cloudbric was invited to participate in the upcoming “ATISI Digital Forum: Cybersecurity and Data Protection in 2021 and
Beyond” to share their technical expertise in web security.
The ATISI Digital Forum, organized by the Association of Technology for Security Industry Indonesia on March 25, offered a
chance for the cybersecurity community of Indonesia, and in a broader sense Southeast Asia to connect. It gathered
together a group of Indonesia’s foremost industry experts to impart their knowledge to 300 participants from diverse
sectors across government, e-commerce, financial services, telecommunication, and state-owned enterprises.
Cloudbric was represented by the head of the business development team at this forum. He spoke about artificial
intelligence (AI) in web security and Cloudbric’s endeavors to innovate the detection engine in its web application firewall
(WAF). Cloudbric was invited to the forum by its new strategic partner Professtama, one of the largest security solutions
providers in Indonesia, as part of its wide-ranging collaboration. Professtama, in fact, is a board member of ATISI, and is
responsible for the security of the ATISI website and webserver. Cloudbric, as the security service provider for Professtama,
secures the website for ATISI as well.
Specifically, the ATISI Digital Forum’s webinars covered cross-layered detection and response (XDR), authentication,
email security, website security, and data loss prevention. Cybersecurity experts from Microsoft Indonesia, Traveloka
(an online travel unicorn startup company with a valuation of $1 billion), KoinWorks (a peer-to-peer lending platform),
and Korea’s very own KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency) presented these topics.
“This was an exciting opportunity for us to connect with the cybersecurity communities in Indonesia. We were pleased
to share Cloudbric’s knowledge and solutions with the audience,” said Taejoon Jung, CEO of Cloudbric. He continued,
“We are proud of the partnership with Professtama, collaborating to combat the rising cybersecurity challenges.”
